Tale
Follows Madeline Matlock as she returns to work at a prestigious law firm, where she uses her cunning tactics to win cases and expose wrongdoing. A gender-flipping remake of the original 1986 TV series of the same name, Matlock (1986) stars Andy Griffith as the titular criminal defense attorney Ben Matlock.
Verification of identity, address, current license status, disciplinary actions, etc
For legal reasons, they had to give Dean Hargrove a “based on the series Matlock” credit. In order for Matlock to be hired by a New York law firm, they had to check her law license status through one of three official mechanisms, each carefully managed by the state.
A remake of Matlock (1986)
Cathy Bates was a great choice for the lead role, cunning, intelligent, this will be a great season with innovative plot lines and plot twists. Also the cast is great (love the old references to the original TV show with Andy Griffith).
You won’t be disappointed
It has a great cast, with several characters thinking about the plot. Don’t miss this new show, if it’s on when you’re watching any other show, be it sports or anything else, record the show and extend the time.
Again Cathy Bates did a great job in this show
The second show my wife and I have watched and we both loved the show from start to finish.
