Stan becomes a whole Trump character
This movie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The acting was definitely the best part, led by two exceptional performances: Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong. This is the best work I’ve seen from Sebastian Stan and one of the best works from Jeremy Strong (Succession is still his best).
She doesn’t try to imitate him, but rather gives a nuanced performance
At its best, this film feels like it was made in the 1970s. The appearance, atmosphere and performances really encapsulate the atmosphere of the 1970s movies. One aspect I really liked about the movie was that it was a really good movie.

If you took away the fact that it’s about Donald Trump and made it completely fictional, it would still be a great movie, and the two leads would still give great performances.
