It has a basic feature set for color coding text to help identify comments and keywords
Bentley STAAD.Pro V8i (SELECTSeries 6) 20.07.11.33 + Crack Bentley Systems Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive software solutions for sustainable infrastructure, has released V8i (SELECTSeries 6) version 20.07.11.33 of STAAD.Pro – enabling structural engineers to analyze and design virtually any type of structure through its flexible modeling environment, advanced functionality, and seamless data collaboration. This new release is designed to enhance the user experience of our leading overall analysis and design application while continuing to expand the technical features that underpin the programs’ continued popularity. Below we describe some of the key developments that have been introduced with this goal in mind. New STAAD Editor The STAAD.Pro Editor has been a mainstay of the STAAD.Pro modeling environment, providing a parallel method for defining and optimizing the data file to ensure that the data matches each user’s specific needs.
– Database Link – provides direct access to profile databases so you can select the correct profile names
With SS6 we are providing a new, much more comprehensive editor that now offers the following: – Structure View – provides quick access to key features in the data structure – IntelliSense – commands are more than color coded, but as you type, an understanding of the data structure means you will get assistance in completing the command – Text Blocking and Bookmarking – allows you to hide large parts of the file to allow faster navigation through the data. – Add repetitive command blocks using code snippets – Context-sensitive help allows you to quickly review command requirements by simply clicking F1. New Construction Planner Mode Given the popularity of STAAD.Pro as an analysis tool for the design of so many concrete buildings in India, where STAAD Planwin is used for modeling and RCDC for design, we have taken this process and integrated it directly into STAAD .Pro. This allows buildings to be quickly defined in a new modelling mode using a series of regular plans that are constructed into a building form, analysed and the major concrete components then designed and detailed using RCDC.
The change is subtle but provides greater clarity
Please note that this is currently following the design requirements for the IS456 design code. New Mode Bar With the addition of the new Building Planner mode, it became clear that we needed to add clarity to the mode bar used to identify the different major segments of the program. The modes have been re-ordered into groups to better reflect recognised workflows and use colour to help identify similar features Design Codes We continue to add more design features for steel and concrete forms and enhance some of the others currently in use to provide a broader scope: – CAN CSA S16-14. This new steel design feature has been added to the Canadian CSA specification – SANS 10162-1:2011.
Limit State Design of Hot-Rolled Steel Structures
Design for the South African Code of Practice for the Structural Use of Steel, Part 1. – AISC 360. Both versions of the US Steel Code, 2005 and 2010, have been enhanced to report designs in metric and imperial units and now support the design of tapered sections. – AISC 341.
Now supports the 2011 version of this code in the batch processing module
The seismic provisions of this code may be added to the design checks performed for AISC 360, taking into account seismic classification, flexural strength by structure type, and reinforcement requirements. -ACI 318-11.
